1. Scarves Care Instructions 

 

Please follow the label attached to products for accurate washing & drying instructions. In general, please machine wash at 30°c; DO NOT bleach; Low-temperature iron; DO NOT tumble dry. 

 

 

2. Materials of Fascinators 

 

Our fascinators are mainly made of 4 types of materials. 

 

  • Synthetic materials (e.g. FT9009-31) 

  • this type of material has good elasticity and a smooth finishing touch. This is one of the most popular materials in our products. 

  • Spandex Satin (e.g. FT972-027) 

  • this material has a silk-like touch. It feels soft and has a natural satin shine.

  • Sinamay (e.g., FT2290) 

  • This is one of the most common materials for fascinators or hats. It comes from the stalks of the abaca tree, which fibres are very strong and long-lasting. Sinamay is often pre-stiffened during manufacturing and holds good shape. 

  • Linen (e.g. SFC12676-26)

  • This is another natural fabric that is well-known as a strong and sturdy material. Since it’s natural, it dyes easily and holds colours better. 

 

 

3. What type of packaging do you use for fascinators? 

 

  • We understand how delicate fascinators can be, and we always make sure appropriate packaging is used before it is sent out. 

  • Our boxes are strong and supportive enough to make a safe space for fascinators inside. Each box fits different numbers of fascinators depending on styles and sizes, but we always make sure boxes are not overcrowded.  

 

 

4. Fascinator Care Instructions 

 

  • Always store the fascinator in a strong box to keep it clean and dry, as well as avoid being get crushed. 

  • Try to store it at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. 

  • In case it gets wet, blot it dries carefully with a dry towel as soon as you can. 

  • Cleaning your fascinator needs to be done carefully and gently. A clean, soft make-up brush could be useful to remove dust or particles. Also, scent-free baby wipes can be great too to remove make-up residue. (Make sure to wipe off it gently)

  • Handle the fascinator carefully and try not to handle the adornments too much. 

 

 

5. Do your glasses come with any case?

  • No. Each pair of glasses is packed in a clear plastic pocket, they do not come with any case. But we will make sure they are packed in a strong cardboard box to avoid unnecessary damage. 

 

 

6.  What is the minimum order and the minimum quantity per style?

  • The minimum order value is £100 before VAT and shipping costs. Most of our products (scarves, hats, and gloves) have a MOQ of 3 per colour, however, most Fascinators do not have such a requirement. 

 

 

7. Can I place orders in the showroom without a trading account? 

  • Yes, you are welcome to order from our showroom, even without a trading account with us previously. However, the minimum order of £100 before VAT and shipping cost still applies. 

 

 

8. Do you offer free samples before I place an order?

  • Sorry, we do not offer samples for free. 

 

 

9. Do you have an RRP for your products?

  • We do not have RRP for any products

 

 

10. What are the payment options?

  • You can pay us via Bank transfer or call our showroom on 0161 834 8940 to pay over the phone. 

 

 

11. How long can I receive my parcels?

  • We use DPD Next Day delivery for most parcels. It should be delivered to you on the next working day once it is collected from us. In rare cases the delivery gets delayed due to unexpected reasons on DPD’s side, you should receive an email/text notification about the details. 

 

 

12.  What happens if I miss a delivery?

  • DPD would send you a notification via email/text to confirm their 1-hour delivery window. You should not miss the delivery as DPD provides options to change the delivery date or to provide a safe place/neighbour’s address if you are not in at the time. In case you missed the delivery, they would normally attempt to deliver again soon. However, if the parcel got returned to us due to all delivery attempts failing, we would have to charge the delivery fee again to re-send it. 

 

 

13. What can I do if I have a problem with my delivery? 

  • Please contact us immediately if you notice your delivery does not seem right. (e.g. DPD confirmed delivered however you didn’t see the parcel, or your parcel was damaged when it reaches you, etc.) Take pictures for evidence if necessary, and we will contact the courier on your behalf. 

 

 

14. What is your return policy? 

  • Only faulty and defective items, shortage of delivery or missed delivery are liable to claim a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email to info@abfashiontrading.co.uk quoting your order number, product code and reasons for your claim.

  • All items returned must be in their original, undamaged packing and must be in unused condition (except only in the case of products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use), failing which the seller reserves the right to refuse either all or some of the refund.

  • All the returned items are sent at the buyer’s expense.

 

15. Can I use your product images for my website/social media?

Yes, you can use our product images.
